retailers, online booksellers, and major wholesalers.
Bookstore and Library Orders
Bookstore, library, and school orders are handled through wholesalers. Ask
your favorite wholesaler for details. Raven Tree Press books are also handled
by independent rep groups across the United States. Please contact us for
the rep group nearest you.
Premium and Special Sales
Premium and Special Sales are available for bulk permium, fundraising,
educational or sales promotional use. Please contact the publisher for futher

Accelerated Reader® quizzes can be purcheased individually or in quiz sets.

Returns
Returns are accepted if books are returned to us in resaleable condition
within 60 days of invoice. Books must still be in print for full credit return.

Damages
If outer cartons are damaged in any way, please contact carrier immediately.
Upon signing delivery slips, note damages at that time. If contents are
damaged, please call Customer Service immediately to assist in processing
claim or exchanging product.
Shortages/Incorrect Product
If shortages or product is incorrect, contact us immediately at
raven@raventreepress.com.
Please keep original cartons and all packaging.
